Reservations and inquiries

[To realize hospitality ]
・Dates and times are on a first-come, first-served basis. Catering is limited to two groups per day. (Advance reservations for dates and times only are accepted)
Cancellation fee: 30% if cancelled 30 to 8 days in advance, 50% if cancelled 7 to 3 days in advance, and 100% if cancelled 2 days in advance or on the day of the event .
・Please request a quote with the assumption that you will make a reservation. We do not accept quotes for competitive bids or bidding.
・Please make your reservation at least 30 hours in advance (if you are in a hurry, please call us).
Please make a reservation or enquiry only after agreeing to the above.
*We also accept payment via online orders (for some menus).
